Paris Match의 Arthur`s Theme은 20대 초반에 좋아해서 싸이월드 배경음악으로도 했었는데,

30대에 접어드니 Rumer, Christopher Cross의 버전이 더 좋아지더라구요.ㅎㅎ

이 곡은 사실 영화 `아더(Arthur)`의 주제곡입니다. 술과 여자 등 방탕한 생활로 세월가는 줄 모르던 부자집 아들 아더가 우연히 가게에서 좀도둑질을 하던 여인을 만나 사랑에 빠지고, 재산보다는 사랑을 택하는 로맨틱 코미디 영화라고 해요.

The best that you can do is fall in love. 이라는 가사 내용과 딱 맞아 떨어질 것 같네요.ㅎㅎ

이 영화의 주제곡을 부른 크리스토퍼 크로스는 미국 텍사스 출신의 싱어송라이터로 1979년 자신의 이름과 동일한 Christopher Cross 라는 앨범을 들고 데뷔를 합니다.

이 앨범에 수록 된 "Ride Like the Wind" , "Sailing", "Never Be the Same" "Say You'll Be Mine" 곡 꼭 들어보세요ㅠㅠ 1980년대 미국 빌보드 차트에 탑 20위 안에 링크된 곡들입니다. 명곡이에요.ㅠ.ㅠ
